Finesse Aesthetics & Beauty Salon was established in 1999 and has gone from strength to strength. Owner and sole Therapist, Michele Richardson offers a comprehensive range of beauty, aesthetic, nail and holistic treatments in a friendly, professional environment to help you feel relaxed, revitalised and healthier. A range of Cosmetic Injectables are also available through a fully qualified and prescribing practitioner, Nurse Diane Plummer.

FAB's Mission Statement
To provide clients with a personal service tailored to meet individual needs, quality client care and the finest treatments and products normally associated with larger city salons.

FAB strives to create a warm atmosphere with a high degree of personal care - rooms are private, advice is confidential, refreshments (coffee, herbal tea, mineral water etc.) are complimentary.

If you are unsure of which treatment to choose or need advice on a matter of concern, please take advantage of FAB's free consultation service to ensure you are prescribed the correct treatment and achieve maximum results.

Finesse is a busy salon and appointments are highly recommended but may not always be necessary. Please give me a call and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Treatment Times
All treatment times quoted, include changing and allows time for any consultations required and completion of forms

Management reserve the right of admission at all times.

Treatments valued at £20 or more under 60 mins duration require at £10 deposit.  A deposit of 50% of the total treatment fee is required for all package bookings and appointments of 60mins or more. Deposits must be paid when making the booking and are non refundable.

Please make your cancellation by calling the salon on 01642 805144 and speaking with me directlty. As I work on my own and am usually busy I am not always able to check emails, Facebook, Instagram messages etc. and quite often they fall into the junk bin and are never even seen, so calling me and speaking with me direct is the quickest way to cancel and will ensure you avoid cancellation fees.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you therefore please try to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that I charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment value if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice and that cannot be filled. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment price.

Late Arrivals
Please be advised that arriving late for an appointment may result in a reduction of your treatment time however you will still be charged for the full appointment time.

Age Restrictions
We only treat people over the age of 16 years of age for certain treatments. In some cases written parental consent may be required and we reserve the right not to treat clients.

You may be asked some questions regarding your health prior to service. This is because some treatments are unsuitable when certain medical conditions are present. Please keep us informed of any changes regarding your health/medication so that our records are kept up to date. Any information you give us is strictly confidential and will never be shared with a third party.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are an ideal treat for family and friends. They are priced from just £5, are beautifully gift wrapped and are valid for 6 months.

FAB accepts payment by Cash or Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Connect, Solo, Delta). Cheque payments are not accepted.

We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without prior notice

Mobile Phones & Ambience
Everyone leads such a busy life these days and there is very little time to relax. Your relaxation is as important as your treatment itself and I will do all I can to ensure you enjoy your little bit of 'Me Time' to the full. I do understand that you may occasionally be waiting for important news but mobile phones are a great distraction that prevent you from enjoying the 'here and now' and may even hamper me performing your service as well as I'd like. It is very difficult to polish someone's nails well if they are constantly on the phone, even gel polish will smudge until it is fully cured and cleansed. So, please switch off or silence your phone so that I can perform your service to the best of my ability and so you can fully relax, after all, you deserve it don't you?

Children In The salon
I do a lot of grown up things here at FAB with a lot of grown up people and unfortunately I can’t look after little ones at the same time - no matter how well behaved they may be. Therefore, at the insistence of my insurance company I must ask you not to bring children into the salon whilst having treatments.
